This blog hosts a challenge for home sewers who want to commit to sewing their own wardrobe (or certain parts of your wardrobe :-). Our goal is to not purchase RTW clothing from January 1, 2015 thru December 31, 2015. Follow our journey as we share and encourage each other through tips, tutorials, and various challenges. Thanks for dropping by!

It really doesn't matter if it takes weeks - you got there, that's the main thing. Looks good.
ReplyDeleteOoh - I like your jacket. Looks like it is worth all of your effort (and time). Very nice indeed.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on finishing quite a nice looking jacket. It is going to make a nice addition to your wardrobe.
ReplyDeleteGreat job Janine! I have a heather grey jacket that has also been cut out forever! Thanks for the inspiration to get it done! :)
ReplyDeleteWow, looks very professional, well done!
ReplyDeleteGreat job!
ReplyDeleteYour jacket looks really nice! I really like the front styling and lapels. I figure as long as the cloth doesn't have moth holes... it doesn't matter how long ago it was cut! Well done!
