whipped up a simple pull over dress for the fourth, I was pleased that I got the darts in the right place lol! and very pleased with 15 lbs lighter it turned out bigger than I thought it would! I was working on what was suppose to be a simple jacket to match but after 4 hours I said forget it lol! I'm sure it will look better with a different belt , or no belt, we'll check inot that laterlol! I will make this pattern again & go down to the next size & possiably add that tormenting "simple" jacket pattern lol! This blog hosts a challenge for home sewers who want to commit to sewing their own wardrobe (or certain parts of your wardrobe :-). Our goal is to not purchase RTW clothing from January 1, 2015 thru December 31, 2015. Follow our journey as we share and encourage each other through tips, tutorials, and various challenges. Thanks for dropping by!
