Help & Advice Please
I forget what this fabric is called but I do know it's very pricey but when Hancock's had it on a clearance table for less than $4 a yard I had to get some, the charcoal is not showing it's true color, blame it on the lights, blame it on the camera I dunno but it's a dark charcoal, after watching this fabric come & go in so many delicious colors through the years, with this price I decided to go for it, but now that I have it, I'm kinda scared of it lol! I'm pretty sure once you cut whatever sleeves & hems are pretty much taken care of, but what about the waist of a skirt or a neckline, surely you wouldn't just turn it with all those ripples so can you help me or are you scared too? lol!
